Let me introduce myself, I’m
Angel. Thanks for allowing me to interview you.
In your bio it said Joseph helped
form LXT. Lex, why did Joseph and LXT part ways?
Lex: Joseph is cool guy, but I think it’s too hard
for him play in 2 bands (he’s bass player of My Sixth Shadow too), we
need a bass player who can give us 100% of his time and Joseph can’t.
There is almost always a line up change. People come, people
go. La Nuit, how did you come to be in the band? Did they approach you or did
you approach them?
La Nuit: First of all, inside the band there were friends
of mine: Icy & Poisounus with who I did gigs around Italy (My Sixth Shadow
& Draconian Order) and naturally Joseph who's also the bass player of my
other band My Sixth Shadow. Then when Icy moved to Rome last summer, he said
me they were looking for a guitar player... that's it
Shotgun Messiah, the Kovenant,
and the Murderdolls were mentioned as bands you would like to sound like. Lex
Kaos, in your opinion, have you reached that goal?
Lex: I think for some aspects we reached our aim, but you had to consider an important thing: I think every band we mentioned on our bio are more an example for those are new to LXT rather than a real source of inspiration…Create something of unique, a personal vision of music is our intent, not be a copy or imitation of someone else…
Every band does live shows, it’s a part of the
fun. Lex Kaos, when was your first live show and how did it go?
Lex: My first life show was last summer, was the first show
for LXT too. We played at Venice Rock Festival with Sigue Sigue Sputnik. It
was a fuckin’ cool day, full of amusement time! The stage was awesome,
the sound perfect….I felt like a fuckin’ rockstar that night!!!
Touring is a big part of a band’s
life. Lex, who would you like to tour with, and why?
Lex: Well there’re many bands for example Murderdolls,
Slipknot, Killing Joke, Ministry, Deathstars, Marilyn Manson, KMFDM…Why?
Because they’re bands we love!!!
A lot of European bands long to
tour in the States. Lex Kaos, what would the first city be that you come to
and why?
Lex: Will be great if we get a chance to play in U.S. My
dream is play in New York and in L.A. no particular reason, but New York is
the cradle of American punk scene (I’m huge fan of Ramones & Dead
Boys) while I think L.A. can be considered as the new Babylon, money, sex, drugs,
fame and so fuckin’ on Yes if Satana should choice a place for livin’,
L.A. is the place to be J
There have been some unconventional
musical pairings over the years that has paid off for everyone involved. For
example, Nelly and Tim McGraw. La Nuit, if you could choose someone to make
an unconventional pairing with, who would it be and why?
La Nuit: Elvis & La Nuit... Why? Because he's the KING...
I love his music and the way he translated his music in real life...
You’ve done remixes and/or
covers of other bands before. Lex Kaos, if a popular country band from the States
came to you and asked you to do a cover of one or more of their songs, would
you? Why or why not?
Lex: Why Not? J.Cash did a fuckin’ cool cover version
of Nine Inch Nails’ “Hurt” so I think an industrial band could
revisited a country song…Will be interesting make a cover of “House
Of The Risin’ Sun”, but I don’t know if we can consider Animals
like a country band…Or a J.Cash song will be great too…I love Mr.
Cash and his work…Btw I think La Nuit will be enthusiastic about this
question, he’s a fanatic of country music!!!
Every band has played a gig in
a dive. La Nuit, have you ever played a show in a less desirable place? If so,
where and how bad was it?
La Nuit: Not at all. With LXT we did just two live together and they were almost good experiences, especially that one with Sigue Sigue Sputnik. With MSS we did several shows in Italy as well as in Europe (Germany, Belgium, Holland) but I don't remember a dive at all, clearly some shows were better than other and so the clubs where we played...
For all of you to answer. Is your
image (the clothes you ear, the makeup and how you wear your hair) a manifestation
of your personality?
Lex: what I show you with LXT it’s the darkest side
of me, the evilest one. I’m egocentric, narcissistic, nihilist, atheist
& anarchist…I think what you see embodies all this!
La Nuit: Sure, it's.... your image is the mirror of your
soul.
Icy: My Image is all I feel inside that rise in an aesthetic
shape: death, evil, darkness, hate the dark side of the human race. In this
dark-age you can just wait the end of everything well be the end of everything.
Don’t be happy to meet us because well probably crack your head and eat
your brain…ahahahahahaha

What do you do first thing in
the morning? (Example: get up and go to the bathroom.)
Lex: The first thing in the morning? Well I ask to myself
why I had to work!!!
La Nuit: Mhmm I guess I can't tell it right here... :) girls,
girls, girls...
What is your drink of choice in
the morning? (Example: coffee, juice, etc)
Lex: Coffee with sugar and then a cigarette !!!
La Nuit: human blood??? no, too early in the morning ...so
just coffee
Icy: The last drink of the night!!!!
When you were young, did any of
you have an imaginary friend?
Lex: I haven’t…fortunately :P
La Nuit: None for me... I had so many real friends that
I really didn't need an imaginary one... and what's more, I love to stay by
my self sometimes
Icy: My imaginary friend was the ghost of Vincent Price

What movie genre is your favorite?
Lex: There isn’t a genre in particular, I love so
different styles: from Mafia movies to actions ones, from comedy to colossal
La Nuit: gangsters movie, ocean documentaries, very old
sci-fi & horror movies
Icy: Every kind of movie with a lot of human blood! Horror,
war (Der Untergang), destruction movie, zombie movie etc etc
If you could meet anyone living
or dead, who would it be and why?
Lex: Hard questions, because I never think who I would meet,
because I think it’s better not meet our heroes, we could have bad surprises,
you know what I mean?
La Nuit: Jesus and I have a lot of questions for him!
Icy: Jesus Christ
What is the trait you admire most
in your other bandmates?
Lex: Well I think I admire the same quality of La Nuit,
Icy & P.P.69 they’re awesome guys, true friends for me; I couldn’t
play with people who aren’t linked by friendship!
La Nuit: The hard work they put in the band. I love to work
a lot and they do the same way
Icy: They are my partners in crime…that’s all

What is the trait you least admire in your other bandmates?
Lex: Same answers for all members: EGOCENTRISM, that’s
trait I least admire in myself
La Nuit: I've not decided yet, because it's only a year
that we play together...so I think I'll tell you in the future
What is the first thing you notice about a new person
you meet?
Lex: Attitude, his habit between unknown people
La Nuit: The way he/she talks...
Icy: The mind the only important thing in the other people.
There’s a lot of stupid people and I just want all them death!
What is your favorite body part
on a female?
Lex: Eyes, I think the way of looking is the most sexy part
of women
La Nuit: I think legs and ass... oops
Icy: The eyes, cause in the eyes of a girl I can see the
depth of her mind and her soul
